Is there a way to remove the front emblem off my grille so I can paint it? Truck is a 07 sierra classic

You can also paint it without taking the letters off, just just have to take your time taping it off
Thanks brah! Im thinking of painting it like a titanium shade of gray, figured it'd look nice with the green.

if you havent figured it out already, there are just snap clips back there. you can unlcip them by hand easily, if you cant feel them and unclip them just remove the grill, give er a try - mine looks great colormatched.
yup just take of rad cover, and two bolts behind the emblem and it should come out.
sand
adhesion promoter 2 coats
primer 2 coats
paint 2 coats or until u reach the shade of color you want
2 coats of clear or until glossy
wetsand with 1100 grit
rubbing compound
install, put two bolts behind the emblem.
snap rad cover back on with plstic push pins
get laid cause the bitches are gonna flock your pimped out emblem

Yup... couple clips that you push on lightly. If you broke a clip... your lightly wasn't lightly enough.
I rec' removing the chrome from around the gmc before paint, when you paint the red and chrome together it looks retarded.
I just pulled them apart before, never had any issues. Worst case u could use fine painter tapes
I think someone left there's to soak in GooGone overnight IIRC... can't remember who though. Apparently they came apart no problem after.
I just taped mine off and used a razor to make it precisely block off the chrome. Turned out awesome.
