Well as some of you know I took the 15" FTS lift kit off my truck and have decided to bag the truck and lay 26s. I'll just keep this updated with everything that is happening and going to happen.

So we went from this:

To this happening:

So after it was all said and done and fixed, I decided to do this:

Now, this is where I'm awaiting just a few more parts before I can go futher:

Yes those wheels aren't mine. They are a friends and they are just temp 22s.

And with regards to what happened in that picture, a wheel bearing snapped in half at 50mph

Lift your truck they said... it'll be fun they said.

Glad you made it through that episode unscathed though... How many pounds of bricks were in your pants after that?

I'm going to go with the Menzari Z08 26x10s. In a couple of years when some of my other financial things are squared away, I will be going with 26x10 front and 26x12 rear Billets.

When it happened I honestly wasn't that freaked out. My fiance was with me so I went into more of a protective mode to make sure she was ok. Once I had realized what happened is when everything started to hit the fan.

yah lifted 2wd is always sketchy cause there no shaft stub and nut to hold the bearing on if it grenades like a 4wd has.

You'll love it being bagged. I do not miss my duramax and would rather DD my 2wd cc then a lifted truck anyday

In for pics. Little confused on why you're not using an intake tube, though. Unless you're just not gonna have room for it.

Bagged trucks run them strait off the TB to save room for wheel tubs an such over by the fender.

When you get the truck bagged you should go to the same spot as this photo and retake it and frame it, opposite ends of the spectrum. Looks awesome so far. Quick progress.
