Got my plates in... gonna call trs tomorrow and order the mini's and the h1 5k bulbs to match the 5k fogs...

gonna see how much theyd take off if they dont include the shrouds. cause I wont need them...

Curious of the color difference between the 5K and the 4300K.

5k is cool like color, and 4300k is "warm" imo

The 4300k look white with a tint of yellow, while the 5000k look just clear white. Also from what I have read the 4300k are better for dark roads, meanwhile the 5000k are better in the city yellow/orange lights on the road. For some reason the 5000k cut better thur the city lights, I read that on hidplanet. I have had both and would say you can't go wrong with either of the two, right now I have 5k (35w) on the headlights and 4300k (55w) on the fogs.

I have 4300k under the cutoff theyre pure white, abive cutoff you can get a hint of yellow from a distance.

Guys that have this done on the factory denali's. How is everything holding up, what color is your sutoff with what color bulbs? Really interested, but I really like the purple/blue cutoff on my factory denali's and 6000k bulbs.

cutoff is still blue/purple, I have 4300k bulbs so it's a bit subdued though. you can see the cutoff in my pictures on the first page

Mine are working fine, and I still haven't fully sealed them up yet.

I am running 6000k bulbs with 55w ballasts. My cut off is blue/purple with a white light.

You'll get a little purple out of the mori's with 5000k's.

No plates needed. Just open them up, Insert Projector. Tighten Lock Nut. Re-seal. I wonder if it would look rice though. OEM Denali's do not look rice, that why I like them

It would look more rice, but i think you'd still be ok with the right chrome shrouds

Im just throwing it out there. I already put my name down for plates. Mommy is bringing home an envelope and stamp today. I wouldn't spend another 120 on headlights
