No idea on the size difference. I'm guessing the bigger one is for upgraded brakes from the factory. Check out what size power stops rear calipers are.

looks like the 4wd caliper is bigger than the 2wd
might just go ahead and order the powerstops and scuff the pc and paint them with black high temp

had heads and intake off last friday to swap lifters becuase one of them was ticking, would have been perfect timing to do heads, nnbs intake, camb, LTs, and tune. didn't have money for any of that so spent a whole day to replace one lifter.

Edit: replaced all of them, but only one was bad

Bump this need better brakes now with bigger wheels and tires. So order front brake parts like an 05+ truck and rears like a 99-06 suv? Trying to price this out

Matt, do hydraboost swap,,,,,, prawfit.

Need larger rotors behind these wheels. Need brakes anyway... Looks like searching for parts on rock auto under 05 sierra 1500 gives parts for multiple brake codes. Then get cheaper price plus free shipping on Amazon. Calipers might need to be bought locally bcuz core charge. After I do that and stainless lines maybeee I'd consider hydro
