brake question

i still have brake life left but what can i do about the squiling when coming to a stop. its quite annoying please help

Are you positive the squealing is coming only from the pads? If so, you could bend the little wear indicator tabs on the pads out a little bit so it doesn't rub the rotor

i think it is ill check tomm. it only squils when i press the brakes and not all the time though

Go to any parts store and get that gel shit they sell that goes on the back side of the pads. Most squeaking from pads is caused by vibration of the pad in the caliper. The gel cuts down on the vibration and will usually stop the squeaking noise you hear.

yep, its like a rubber cement like substance that will quiet it down.
