Things I did on the bike:

Built the headlight bucket from scratch, integrated bars and headlight mounts from behind... no mounting screws can be seen.
Narrowed the bars 3".
Wired bike/stereo.
Fiberglass seat pan.
Air Ride wiring/etc.
Bag lids modified for 6.5" coaxials, finished front and back.
Sub boxes that pressure fit into the bags. 2 8" subwoofers.
iPad bluetooth to stereo, also his iPhone hooks up to the stereo though BT.
Countless hours of other BS lol, I've never built a bike before and it was intense on a 2 month build schedule for the Donnie Smith Baddest Bagger.
Suede inserts to hold iPad Mini while riding and a bottle of Louis XIII in the other (for show) lol plus they finish off the insides of the bags when they are open.

Other things off teh top of my head:
Custom tank
fender and fork tubes are one piece
120R motor
HUGE velocity stack
Frame is raked out and up for 26" front wheel
18" rear wheel

Bags:

10 pounds of shit in an 8 pound bag

Bike had just been pulled out of the shop, we polished it at the show yesterday to get the light scratches from assembly out.

It was a group effort so I can't take all the credit at all. But I think it turned out awesome!

Not my style of bike, but damn did you guys accomplish a lot. Looks like a top notch build. Good job Matt, hopefully it wins something now.

The saddle bags kill it for me but I understand the need for them. No other way to hold all that stuff. Turned out pretty freagin sweet! I'd be pretty proud of that accomplishment.

Yeah its baddest bagger show so it needs the bags lol.

People seem to like it.. its not the most extreme but its still very rideable. The rake and trail is correct so it will be super stable at low speed too. 26" is big but the tire wont come off 15 miles down the road since its not a 30"

Theres 35 into it not including labor time...but I dont think my bud wants to sell it.

This one girl I know at the show just posted a pic of it on bookface saying, "A place for your liquor and Ipad haha".

Haha nice! Yeah we won favorite bike in the show from John Shope of Sinister Industries. We got second in baddest bagger because Donnie Smith didn't want one bike to win both awards but its alright. We are getting shot for a cover on American Bagger and the bike is supposed to go to Colorado and then California for some shows.
