I'm doing a flip kit and I grinded 2 studs all ready but they are not coming out. I'm GOIN to try with a drill see if it works better. But what's the best way too remove studs from hangers???

First, have a BIG air compressor. Everything beyond that is gravy.

Get an air grinder, cut an 'X' in the stud head. Then drill out the center with a 3/8 or 1/2" bit. Next, take a air hammer, or a punch and hammer, and remove the remaining pieces of the head of the stud. Then use the air hammer or the punch (or anything else that fits the stud hole), and beat out the absolute hell out of that stud. Bingo. With the right tools its not a terrible job.

It was easy the way Brandon and I did mine. Took maybe 15 minutes to do them all. Air chisel/punch is your friend.

This is how my truck came out. And I LOVE IT. but with my 305/40/22 nittos 420s tires the front rub I have 1" clearance I was going for a 3/5 drop.

Looks good! That's stance is nice. Not much a fan of black wheels though personally.
