Yes sir. It's quite easy. Make sure you pull the airbag fuse first then let the truck sit for about ten minutes so that the airbag module completely de-energizes.

I removed my airbag in my NBS without doing any of that
. I shouldn't be alive.

ive done it like 5 times on my truck without any of the shit, and on my obs, and on my dodge i had.
Literally popped the airbag out, unplugged harness, and put it somewhere that if it deployed it wouldn't destroy anything.
I'm not sure on a wheel puller, but you might be able to rent one from the parts store.

I pulled mine off without a wheel puller. You don't have to pull that fuse. I just did it to be on the cautious side.
