Important!: Air blowing only from tge defrost vents

Hi guys,

I own Cadillac cts 2005,

My issue is that:

When I turn the ac, air is blowing only from the defrost vents,

what can cause the issue?

does it called the blend door actuator?
because, I looked online and I saw that part control the temps, but all my temps are working fine, and cold and heat, just blowing at the defrost.

People said that might be the mode door actuator, what do you say?

there are a few actuators, one is for temp, the other is for which vents it comes out of. so you do have one bad.

In another thread someone said that it's the same actuator, and I know for sure that the temps actuator located under the dash of the driver side.
Do you know where the actuator that controls the vents located?
