I traded my 2006 for this 2013 back in February. Had a build thread on another forum but figured since I lurk here I'd post one here too.

Mods so far :
-6.5 kicker door speakers
-kenwood ddx372bt headunit
-factory style aftermarket backup camera
-demoulded
-cm rear bumper ends
-cm bowties
-cm engine cover
-led reverse lights
-led vanity lights
-led interior lights
-led bed lights
-led work light under hood
-dee zee tailgate assist with cm bracket
-cleared headlights
-catch can
-tonneau cover
that's all I can think of lol.

Plans:
-2.5 Rc level (have in garage )
-bilstein 5100s
-33s
-1.5 bl (maybe)
-air aid jr tube
-borla gmpp sport muffler
-ls3 throttle body
-blackbear tune
And whatever pops up

lil shot after putting the boat away. Getting ready to order tires, bilsteins and install my 2.5 Rc kit and rear wheel well liners

Added bilstein struts and shocks. A 2.5 Rc level to replace the ebay one. And wheel well liners.

Whoever fixed the bedside before I bought it painted around the z71 sticker so it stays for now until I decide to gwt that redone. And at some point hopefully spring wheels will happen .

Installed my led switchbacks and attempted to install my hids. First set I've ever had trouble with can't seem to get them to power up

Reversed polarity?

This. Try plugging them in backwards
Yea I tried every which way I've installed many hids in mine and other vehicles. But I can't get it to work. I don't think the ballasts are powering up. I used the relay harness and without nothing matters. I'm gonna yank a ballast from my gfs car and try that

Well I hooked it to the boat battery while messing around in the garage today and they power on. For some reason the connector for the signal wire to turn on the the relay is messed up. So that seems sorted out just need to install
