Bit of progress. Got a plasma cutter which made things super easy.

Only crappy thing is the adapter for the steering arms is probably one size too big and coarse threads vs fine so it will not thread into the rack. Anyone know where to get these damn things. I'm gonna try fastenal and or a local nut and bolt place tomorrow. (its the piece on the left)

Sorry been in Pakistan since April, but ill be returning home in a little over a month. Sooooooooooo

Parts on the way

Pat G 220/224 .550 .550 112 LSA Cam
Supporting hardware from Texas Speed
Melling M295 Oil Pump
FLT 4L65 Level 5
TruCool 40k (still have the rad trans "cooler")
Circle D 278mm 3000-3200 stall converter

Soon after that's all done. 06 Hood/grill swap and paint. Was going to switch up the color but just gonna stick with the original paint. The rear end will come after.

Once the 04 is semi sorted, the denali will be getting some love. First thing is fuck the warranty, going to be doing an entire DOD delete.

Truck finally got tuned, it def moves. Trans is nice with the stall.

Issue I'm having, i blew through a crank seal and just swapped another today. I have noticed the pulley wobbles slighty or both tensioners are bouncing around a bit. I replaced the bolt and pulley with brand new ones and used an installer but it still looks like its doing it. I did notice my installer will only get the pulley on about 75% of the way and I used to bolt + impact to get it on the rest. I'm going to buy yet another bolt and try again but this time torque the shit out of the bolt in there now.
