I bought a 10 inch whiplash lift off a friend of mine since he choose to get an Fts 12 Will I need to get a longer drive shaft or brake lines I will be changing gears and doing some cognito steering and front suspension parts

I figured I would need new brake lines just hoping I won't need a longer drive shaft at this point but I plan on getting a bigger aluminum drive shaft in the future

What kind of truck is it? I know the crew cab 1/2 tons need a longer rear shaft or fts driveline spacers. and the front should reach I think, but it puts it on a pretty steep angle.

Then yes you will need a longer rear driveshaft or the fts driveshaft spacer. Otherwise the 10" pulls out too far from the tcase

I couldn't tell you, but give fts a call and then can tell you for sure what you need and how much.

Yes you can absolutely remove the front driveshaft people do it all the time. But then it leaves the tcase open to getting crap in it
