4x toy hauler very custom

just got my 2 piece drive shaft installed on my 06 crewcab and my borla was in the way for the new crossmember. so no im running no borla/muffler just cats i like the way it sounds its someting diffrent. will it affect my truck in anyway is it bad for it?
