Well I will admit it. I let this truck go. It's been in storage for the past 4 years. Started 1-2 max per year. It's a 00 silvy ext with a 4.8L. It's got the KP 6 link, KP cups, DJM4" arms single 8gal tank and Slam Specialties EDC 1/2" SMC valves and a few other this and thats. I know the truck...
I remember a while back running into a thread on this other forum, where they had beefed up the front end on a bagged truck. I know im being very general, but hopefully our air suspension savy guys chime in cough*tukn4s*. What can i do to make my front end bullet proof.
Quick pick of what im...

I have a 05 CC lowered 4/7 and I think it's finally time to swap driveshafts for a 2 piece. I'm just wanting to make sure but it doesn't matter if I get one from a 2500 if mines a 1500 right? It just needs to be from an ext cab
so heres the situation, i got the qa1s off the truck and was taking some measurements.
Ride height measurements:
axle travel until bottom out- 1.75-2"
shock at ride height- about 15"
shock compressed 13.5"
shock extended 21"
yall think i need a different shock? i know if my shock is...
aint got one yet? seriously? here we go:

Im about to start gettin the 01's interior ready to get sprayed pretty soon here, and i figure if i do all of the prep work possible by myself Ill save a chunk of money. Ive prepped plastics before, but i basically just sat there with sandpaper and smoothed er' down - took forever.
