Your ECM/TCM wasn’t locked? My 17 Denali ultimate I had was locked. HP Tuners wouldn’t recognize it. Idk if it was just his software or what but it wouldn’t recognize it and If I wanted transmission tuning I had to send my TCM to HP tuners to get unlocked and able to tune. So I traded it lol...
