ok so I checked everything again and its saying tail shaft -1.5, first shaft -2, 2nd shaft -2, rear diff yoke +5 and that's with 6* shims in the rear and the carrier bearing lifted 1.5"..... Should I try raising or lowering the carrier bearing or go with different shims in the rear??? My brain...

Yes I know that a flip kit is a automatic 6" drop that's why I got the lift shackle to raise it back up to a 4" so I wouldn't have to notch it. But it seems the shackle did no good and this is where I'm at now... Just tryn to get it riding good a how it should be. Any suggestions on a good notch...

How long does it usually take for drop springs to "settle"? I just installed a set of Mcgaughy 2" drop springs 3 days ago on my 02 sierra and it doesn't look like it came down very much... :uhoh:
