I had it happen once on my 04, mount bolt backed out so I got new and locktited it also had to get a new wheel because mount punched a hole through it
It only messed up the wheel weights so I'm happy. Lol. Could've totaled the truck in the woods and I had the kids with me bringing them to school and daycare

damn dude! buddy had a weird sound coming from the back of his 6.0 Powerstroke when we were driving it the other day. turns out one of the caliper bolts was missing so when he braked it made a racket. never seen it happen before that
