not 100% sure if posted in right section

so i have been looking for a diesel mostly LBZ for a while.... i might have found the right one just 30 mins away from my house

let me know what you think

was pumped when i seen this

some info:
-4" exhaust 6-7" tip
-Volant intake
-153,000 km 95,000 miles
-2006
-leather/heated/adjustable seats
-sun roof :pepper:
-was southern Florida truck 3 years ago .... has a touch of rust on the rockers just on the bottom at the little bumps

the bad:
-has to have a glow plug replaces
- has 3 other codes if someone can tell me this is a really big deal do it before monday morning please
code U0100 P0700 and P0106

let me know if they are costly please
we have cleared the codes to see if they come back because the code P0106 might just be from changing the intake a year and a bit ago

any opinion is taken into consideration and is much appreciated

I would first check your battery cable grounds. If they are loose, it can throw codes.

Secondly,
check you pins on the TCM. That can also throw codes.

Third could be a map sensor problem.

GM had many problems with the MAP sensor on the 06 vehicles -- one was water into the sensor and freezing. To help the problem, they relocated the sensor. I believe there was a TSB (GM -- Tech Service Bulletin) to do a modification.

I don't like the P0700 code. There's another code in the TCM that needs to be read with a Tech II

Who's tuning?

what do you mean who's tuning ?

my brother read the codes with his code reader

P0700 is just a generic code, there is another code in the TCM that needs to be read with a tech II.

Could be low on fluid, could have a tie up related to tuning.... and so on. Why is it so cheap if others go for 5-7k more there?

That truck has an aftermarket intake and 5" exhaust, soot on the quarter panel. It's not a stock tune. EFILive? Box tuner? Etc? which one was it?

Also if you keep your pants on I may be getting that LBZ soon I was talking about.. It has 105k on it and I've known all the owners of it since 30k miles and it was bought completely stock. Dudes changed the oil way more often than I do (5-6k) and it was serviced at a dealership its whole life.

2006 CCSB Chevy Duramax Graystone Metallic
It's my tuning with EFILive that is stock tranny safe.
It's fully colormatched with towing mirrors, Kenwood double din, remote start, aftermarket antitheft, under the rear seats subwoofer and 165a focal speakers, tinted sides, windshield is 50% as well.
Colormatch topper as well with a bedrug
RBP mess grill

I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff.

I cleared teh headlights for him.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff.

Here's an older pic of it before the colormatching. He still has the cockstars but runs another set of black 20's in the winter.

Who said it was 20k? I might be getting it for way less than that. Also I could hold onto it for awhile.

yeah it's 4wd. I gotta see what I can get it for. I'll let you know but that truck you're looking at seems like a good deal if you figure the codes out.
