2/4 looks to be cheaper though and money is definitely an issue. I think 2/4 is a decent level. My driveway is at a weird angle so I don't want to rip the valence off trying to turn into it.

Alright so I need some help. Wanting to retrofit projectors into my oem lenses. 55w is way too bright for halogen housings, and with my lead foot and cocky attitude I can't afford to get stopped for lights too. Anyone know any GOOD looking retrofits or anyone I can send my lenses off to to get something done? Or maybe DIY if it's not insanely hard?

Haven't done much of anything to the truck recently. Saving money for tires and wheels. Buddy of mine owns a hydrodipping business and offered to do some stuff for me. As a trial run, had my interior door handle bezels done with dark blue base coat with silver carbon fiber film. Personally, I think it looks good! Let me know what yall think and if I should dip more interior plastics the same way.

Broken exhaust weld thanks to my neighbor standing on a pipe as a joke, so it was a good time to switch up my exhaust setup and get rid of the huge tips. Before, with broken weld:
On the lift: aaaaand Dumped: whole lot quieter on the interstate but sounds mean when I get on it. Really happy so far with the results.

It's been a while... Due to health issues and money problems, truck mods were put to a halt except for regular maintenance. Luckily, money is not gonna be too much of a problem anymore since I can get back to work, so it's about damn time I get the ball rolling on working on this POS. Ordered 5k reverse and license plate lights from vleds which came in(except license plate lights are on backorder until end of March) and switchback parking lights from jdm astar which also came in today. Should be installed Saturday afternoon after I finally put some tint on the windows! As far as 2/4 drop, it's coming in May or June when I can get some tires to mount on my impala SS 17s collecting dust in the garage. Will post pictures of tint and new lights this weekend, but just figured I should do some sort of short update.

TL/DR: :spendmonies:

It's been a hell of a while since I was able to post in here, but I was finally able to do something with the ole truck. I didn't post in here, but as a graduation present, my dad got my rear plastics colormatched, the sides where the old moldings ripped paint off repainted, rust fixed and repainted under the back window, and the hood repainted. I was super pleased with the results, but I have been saving every penny I've made working minimum wage so I could do some real mods. First was a billet antenna from Luz and finally....... 2/4 mcgaughy spindle/hanger+shackle drop on some completely restored original Impala SS 17s wrapped with Nitto 450 extreme performance tires. Still drivable and the only thing that scrapes when I pull in my driveway is the trailer hitch. Couldn't be happier with the results.
Before:
After: hope y'all enjoy it as much as I do!

Very nice. Another inch or 3 and it would be perfect! Lol

Thanks man! Believe me, I'd love to drop it more, but that has to wait until I can move into a house or apartment with a driveway I can actually drive into. Any lower, and I wouldn't be able to park at my house at the moment lol
