My 3 year old Autocraft gold battery is going out on me. The 3 year free replacement warranty went out in December. FML. Anyways, not sure if I am gonna go with another Autocraft. Any suggestions? I need at least 900cca, and I would like to keep it under $150. 3 years (or more) free replacement warranty is also preferred. Side post is a must, side AND top posts is even better.
I am considering a Die Hard Platinum, but they are $220 and I read LOTS of bad reviews on the side post version. The side posts are basically metal bars that are connected to the top posts, and they came loose on some people and left them stranded unable to start the car.
