Most of you guys have probably seen this build on some of the other forums. Just thought I would get one going over here for CGM fam.
somewhat of a timeline: truck started out 2/4 drop with a stock 5.3 and vortec blower. i then took it took vicalma to have it . Drove the truck for roughly 2 years that way , then after a few shows my mind was set on getting bodied.so back to Vicalma again! after i got it back from being bodied we made a few changes on the rear setup and the control arms then i started on the 6.0 swap and turbo. being a fan of harness tucks and clean engine bays, i proceeded to relocate the pcm and fuse box inside the cab. I extended a lot of wires on the harness and after all said and done, I just didn't like the way it came out. so I bought a stock harness and took all the factory loom off and was able to get the length I need to put the pcm and fuse box under the dash.

2000 chebby rcsb:
lq9 swap - basically stock with fresh rebuild and small cam and springs.
bagged and bodydropped by Vicalma.
KBracing Turbo Kit-Magnum 76mm with a one off set of hot pipes(thanks Kyle :hail:)
still to come, 4l80e and new paint

heres a little picture timeline:

bagged/bodied/chopped turbo 6.0 build, just dunno wtf to put turbo with the huge tubs i need for BD

that's the nice thing about turbos, you can put them wherever you need to. its just piping.. and obx and cx racing I think make some up and forward turbo headers for cheap. just make sure you brace them and you should be fine

well it has to go in the engine bay somewhere, cant do remote mount with a SFBD, and fucking turbo is huge

as far as the bed goes, im doing a raised floor. didn't really want to have a tunnel this time and have always loved the look.
I know most just use a piece of tubing to reach the bed mounts, but I had vic alma cut these out for me. "just something a little different".
I haven't finished the front ones yet but will post pics when done.

after getting the bed floor raised and mocked up, I noticed that the driver side bed panel was full of bondo ( I bought the bed used). being that I have next to no filler on the whole truck I started looking for a replacement. I ended up finding a bed on Craigslist that had a damaged passanger side for 120$. so I bought a spot weld cutter from HF and went to town.

Went with a set of intro 22s. Jose @intro was nice enough to make me my own design based off of the Cherokee so we went with 8.5s in the front and x12s in the rear. A couple of photos from lst this past weekend
