I tested it cheen, it works fine, not sure what he was/is doing wrong. I dispatched an email to him.
 
this one wasnt working either till a few hours ago, works fine now. if i was doing something wrong idk what it was. bottom of every thread said i didnt have permission to start new threads, comment or pretty much do anything other than view and private message
 
I think it was because you have to wait for email confirmation, but your email has our ip blocked...so you weren't getting the emails
