Im thinking you can just run anywhere from 5-7psi without any supporting mods besides a good tune. Anything above that its simple, more air needs more fuel so what jared said.

From what I already know, definitely a tune because you swap bigger injectors. Exhaust is a good idea but the 6.2L already has a 3.5" exhaust so idk if it's necessary? Will a tranny eventually go if you don't upgrade it? How about ignition coils? Spark plugs? Internals?

Coils are fine, the truck coils are some of the best OEM ones IIRC
Spark plugs could stand to be a step of two colder too
Internals will hold for a while on a decent amount of boost

Depending on how crazy you want to get, I'd look into the following:

Tranny, rear end, fuel pump & lines, harder valve springs, boost friendly cam, etc.

Thanks, I'll look into this stuff. Prob just run the charger until the motor needs attention then do a full rebuild with heavier parts.
