Important!: P0420 code

Ok so my truck has 68000 miles I cleaned the intake 4 days ago with seafoam tonight I had a P0420 code pop up. I think it may be because of all the junk it blew out after hot soak. I wouldn't think the cat would be bad with that few miles so I cleared code so we'll see.
Is this something to be really concerned about? The truck runs as it always has plenty of power and great fuel mileage. Thanks

check that you dont have a leak somewhere in the intake area. if its getting more air then what the MAF sensor says its getting it will think its wrong because the a/f ratio isnt right at the O2 sensor.
