Ok guys, talked with Jim again today, and I've set up a group buy with him for headers. What he has offered to us is free shipping and a sales tax discount. East coast shipping is pretty substancial, about $45, even in California it's still $25 or so. We need a minimum of 5 people to get it started. As soon as I get him the total amount, he will send me a code that I will forward to all members who are participating in the group buy and you will use that when you checkout on the site to receive your discount.

Cal Speed & Performance Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers for 1999-2009 2WD Silverado / Sierra / Tahoe-Yukon with 4.8 / 5.3 / 6.0 / 6.2 engines with 4l60e/4l70e 4-spd auto transmissions! (6-spd auto transmission require cutting y-pipe tube and reangling slightly lower under transmission pan for additional clearance)
*****All sets may be purchase with following upgrades both included for additional $50: 3" Stainless steel band clamps header exhaust clamps - for attaching y-pipe to headers instead of standard U-clamps (Does not crimp pipe and makes for easy removal and reinstallation after initial installation) & Multi-Layer Steel OEM style header exhaust gaskets. 4WD / AWD applications ARE NOT a direct fit (many people have modified them for fitment on 99-06 4WD / AWD, will not fit 07+ NNBS 4WD vehicles even with modification). No returns or guarantee of fitment other than listed 2WD applications. Any modification, scratches, damage or marking from attempted fitment on any application voids return or refund.

1 3/4" primary 304 stainless steel headers /w 3" collectors, 304 stainless 3" mandrel Y-pipe is included and is fully stainless steel and bolts right up to any factory or aftermarket catback exhaust (Single pipe).
Manufactured of high quality T-304 stainless steel with CNC mandrel-bent tubing, front & O2 sensor bungs installed. Add Instant Horsepower (25+ rwhp depending on other modifications and engine size).
We recommend using factory GM MLS exhaust gaskets and header bolts, O2 sensor wiring extensions recommended (not included).
Vehicles with factory 6.0L engines have dual exhaust that does not allow the catback exhaust following the Y-pipe to directly bolt up and require aftermarket single 3" catback exhaust required to fit.

Specify whether you want 1 3/4 or 1 7/8. Make sure you are committed to it, I don't want a bunch of people dropping out at the last minute.

nvm answered my own question.

What are we looking at for pricing here? That's the determining factor of whether or not I'm interested.

As an example, Pacesetter Ceramic Coated headers with ORY shipped to Agusta, Georgia from TSP are approximately $780 with shipping

Highly recommend these headers for the price, theyre a snap to install, and they sound great - Ive had no problems with them in 1.5yr. Get OEM gaskets for sure though, they are about $25/ea from GM, the gaskets that come with this kit are the cork-style ones.
