Johny straight perps, lulz guy on here that's driving daddy's truck with daddy's parts but he wont admit it

but in honesty i don't think it will affect your trucks performance negatively, and if you like the sound then its all good

There are literally millions of people that don't have any sort of muffler on their vehicle. Some people do it on purpose. Some people are too poor to repair the rusted-through muffler on their 97 Camry. It won't hurt anything.

If you want your truck to sound like dog shit, go for it.

IMO, some sort of a muffler is needed. Straights, especially through LTs, sound obnoxious and tasteless.

But it is your truck, so do what you wish.

Put it back on and get a cutout imo especially with headers if you like it loud leave it open if you get tired of it after a while (trust me you will) close it up

As long as you have enough back pressure you'll be fine. But I agree, if you DD your truck, straight pipes will drive you nuts and they sound like a bag of smashed assholes. Not to mention the drone you will get.

yeah im getting a lot of drone and vibration right now
the more i drive it the more i realize it
ima just put my borla back on or buy some kind of bullet muffler

you don't want backpressure.. ever.. it's always bad.. yes, it is possible to go too big on the exhaust and kill low end power, but that's because of overscavenging the exhaust and causign the air/fuel mixutre to blow straight thru the chamber during valve overlap and not because of the lack of backpressure.
