Wasn't there someone on this forum that could take the NNBS shifter and make it work the compressors for on board air? Or does anyone know how to do it? Is it hard?

Jvoisel (Joey) did it a while back. He's too good for this place since he sold the TBSS and bought a fgtmaro though.

How many wires are there? If it's only two, should just be power and ground. Seems easy enough to me.

Well i tried to mess with it and cant get anywhere. Shifter has 4 wires. 2 for tow haul which i hae connected and function fine. Then theres 2 more for the buttons. But that means they must use a contact system and not be push switches in there. Because a switch would need a power in. I tried with my meter to see if they shared the ground from tow haul but thats a no. I thought i remembered him saying he had to change out the switches or somethin so id just like to know what he had to do

Did you figure it out yet? Been searching but there's not a lot of info on this. I did find where I guy said this,

"Now, the + and - is for the manual shifting on the different transmissions. the 5.3's wont come with this so it wont work. What I did was cut the 2 black wires and I can use them for something else. Others have use it for there air suspension."

Seems like it wouldn't work considering how difficult most make it sound. Could it be different for different year models? Which two wires was it for the tow/haul button to work?

I want to do the same. Going to talk to a friend who does electronics repair/fab work. He said he could probably knock it out pretty simply.
