Hydroboost: Power Steering and Braking Issue

I have a 1982 Chevy k30 that has been 12 valve swapped. Truck had no motor in it when it was purchased so I do not know if this was a problem before with the 454 in it though. While driving the truck for a decent amount of time, about 10 minutes, the truck will end up loosing power steering and brakes. At first I thought it was a problem with the hydroboost so I ended up replacing the hydroboost and master cylinder. That ended up not being the problem and it stated acting up again. Since the truck has been swapped to a 12 valve there is a power steering fluid container that is sitting close to motor and it gets real hot to where you can not touch it. My thought is that while driving the heat from the motor heats up the power steering fluid making the fluid thinner and thus resulting in no power steering or brakes.

If anyone has any other thoughts on this or ideas on a solution to the problem that would be greatly appreciated.
