I recently purchased a set of the FlexFuel Injectors PT#12580426 which I have read are about 36 pounders?

I ordered the Racetronix EV1 Mini Delphi to EV6 USCAR adapters and plan on putting them in this weekend and getting a retune done.

I know these injectors are more then I will need at the moment but wondering what kind of power they will support?

Mods Include: LM7 + 220r cam + TBSS intake + Bolt Ons... Future plans Include a 5.3 Block with 4.8 Pistons ( which I am in the process of building ) + Milled 243/799 heads ( .020 or .030 ) + Aggressive Custom Cam, along with all the bolt ons, and full exhaust, ect.

Thanks

these are returnless injectors so 36, I don't think you will have a problem with these. Not unless you are planning something down the line, and then what kind of mods/power?

found this too, hard to find much info on them
Flow rate: 384cc/min at 3BAR, 36lbs/hr at 43.5PSI

Good thread, because I had similar questions. I have a set of the same injectors sitting at home.

From what I've read, they should hold up to the 400rwhp mark, or around there. Depends on rpm too and where they fall off.

fuel pressure will also play a role on how much they can handle....same injector can be higher or lower rate with diff pumps. I personally run 12613411 and BBP said they were nowhere near being maxed out and Ive got pretty much same mods youre planning on doing.

wow! Thanks for the input and responses!

Other plans down the road may include stepping up the NA game but I don't think I'd ever see 400 wheel with a naturally aspirated 5.3! Maybe some day I built a six oh but that won't be for a while. All this goes into a crew cab NBS, it's not a racetrack by any means and I don't need or want it to run 12s! But I do want it to be fun and hang with these pesky new technology trucks, imports, and be able to run domestic v8 cars and not be totally blown out of the water!

As it sits, it's fun, but I wouldn't argues with more power hah. So that is why I got these injectors! Hoping my flat top 5.3 build with 243s makes 400 at the crank, however is be content with more

Did your stock injectors fit on the nnbs intake? I did mine but came with the injectors and fuel rails and I used a xlink and adapters for the injectors

I have NNBS FF Injectors. I have heard that the NBS injectors will fit, but I cannot confirm that. I guess I could try if I really wanted to know. I have several sets of LM7 injectors laying around
