Not sure if this is for trucks only if so sorry for bugging you guys. My name is Devan I'm currently driving a 1988 Delta 88 with the "3800" v6 and FE3 suspension package. I'm wanting to build it as a sleeper but at the same time not sure how with out ticking off smog Nazis here in CA
