Well ive been sitting on this LQ4 a while,actually sold it to a buddy them decided to buy it back after going to Jackson for PT.Net meet
So 82xxx LQ4/80e trans picked up,sold the trans,since mine is build with gobs of warranty,and the guy is good who build it and he says it will hold so we will see..

My 4.8 has been doing great but im looking for more
Basically 204k 4.8,built 60,40k,K&N,216/224 .551 115,circleD3200,tb bypass,LS1fans,LPPs with custom ORY,TT,411s
It gets out its own way for what it is
its got like 14 passes of 2.1 '60,14.5s,trapping 95

Cyl 3^ ,6,7,8 also had some but wasn't nothing like 3,its pitted pretty well
Was planning a light hone and re ring but decided im going 370,and go ahead and throw some flat tops in
The whole motor is just all nasty and would like to go through the bottom end and check things out but it will stay stock for the most part
I should be dropping it off next week hopefully to the machine shop

Geoff at EPS had spec'd me a 224/230 .607/609 111 for the 6.0,but called today and he is working on new specs for the 370,so i will report back as far as that goes

With all my other supporting mods+ my new Yank SS3600,and possible swap to 1 7/8 LTs

Shooting for 415ish rwhp,and 12.80-12.90s,
I will be updating as new parts arrive and machine works comes back :)

Prep that bitch for some spray mayate, u don't gotta worry about compression ratio just a few bucks on a few things here and there and u can be good to go if u hit the button

That's what I'm saying though spend a few bucks on decent parts and It should easily handle 200 or so, what's another 25 Hp per cylinder namesayin

Nitrous dont give a fuck about CR, back when I worked with a spray team a few years ago, the guy didn't build a "NOS" motor, he took his 2.4L Pro stock motor: 16:1+ CR, titanium rods, and hit it with 100 shot and eventually progressed up to a 200 shot NBD.

im still looking for injectors,i think i liked the price of those better then some i spotted lol,along with intake and tb
Shortblock has 3 weeks at machine shop
Cam has 5 weeks @eps,

Bags are staying Bgray,it does fine on the street,and been acting an animal on the track

Now awnser me this, you haz lq9 with PRCs
Whats your CR?
What Gasket?
Whats the specs on your orcs,milling wise and chamber size?

Texas speed shaved myprc stage 2.5 heads, dual valve springs, with my lq9 they said 11.5:1

Stock GM Gaskets work fine, dont need anything crazy for them.

What intake manifold you gonna use? i missed that part?
