When the car is cranked there is fuel leaking from the fuel line connected behind the engine block. How do I replace?

Is that going directly into the fuel rail? That should be a push lock, someone else should be able to chime in, I'm not sure how you would remove/replace that end

Right, but on the other end it's a push lock onto the fuel rail. Most likely, there's an O-ring in there that just needs to be replaced. You'll need to bleed off the fuel pressure before you pop that fitting off. And you may need a Chevy fuel line tool from the parts store to get it off, not sure how those pop on a 3.8

Just go to the parts store and tell them you need the oring for the fuel line connector where it connects to the fuel rail
