I'm looking for a better muffler for my 05 5.3. Currently I have all 3" pipe and a Dynomax Bullet and while I really like the tone and sound it is just too loud for cruising on the freeway. Especially since I run about 2500 rpm cruising on the freeway thanks to my 4:56 gears and tires.
I'm hoping that there is a happy medium, I love the sound when I'm driving around town from the bullet but it just gets overbearing when I'm driving for long periods on the freeway

Managed to chirp third when I'm driving back towards the camera

Well fuck, my xr-1 sounds nothing like this. I think direction of muffler does have something to do with it, even with lts and no cats, still sounds nowhere near as good as this. Drones a good bit too.
