My exhaust doesnt sound as deep as it used to under acceleration after adding the cam and running pipes all the way back, would getting a 3" setup help?
Currently running 22in DI/DO magnaflow, calspeed headers, stock piping exiting before bumper, and a 212/218 cam.

Dynatech Splitflo, 3"in/3"out, 3 tailpipe to Corsa Split tips. Im very happy with it.

man Geoff...that sounds perfect...glad that you like it and I am really glad Fogle told me about that muffler...can't wait to it to my wife's Tahoe (that is unless I convince myself to get her a NNBS)
Yeah Im really happy with it. Thats on a semi cold motor too, so its alittle louder there then what it normally is.
Whats the part number on that dynatech? Im due for a new muffler. The old dynomax super turbo is rusting off

i just did a muffler swap on my 13 sierra and wow it sounds nice and clean. no interior drone and nice clean tone on full throttle. it should sound really nice with LT's. its a magnaflow muffler, 3in inlet and outlet, 14in x 5x 8. i really recommend this muffler. i will post up a vid soon as the

I like their mufflers both of our trucks have them. The wifes has a si/so and I have a di/so she gets jealous every now and then cuz minw is louder than hers

Installed a Dynomax VT yesterday. I tried one about 2 years ago and it clanked right out of the box. Thought I'd give it another go. So far no clanking of any kind, but if it does it'll be coming right back off and returned. There is some cab noise at 75 mph, but is easily covered by the radio. It's not drone, but a burble type of sound.
Truck is 2008 silverado 4.8l pacesetter long tubes and no cats.
Revs started at ~2:05 if you don't want to hear me babbling. Gives specs on truck and shows what the exhaust looks like under the truck.

single 3" in/out resonator off of a 2013 f150 with the 6.2.

Any tips on what muffler to go with to replace my rusted to shit flowmaster 44? I have lpps long tubes and ORY. I want it to be deep without a lot of rasp, dont really care how loud as long as its a nice smooth tone. Ive listened to so many you-tube clips my head hurts.....
