Wow, can't wait to get mine installed! I received the adapter plates from Nick (Thanks Nick), purchased some OEM Denali headlights off of E-bay and just had a friend polish the lens where they are looking like new. I finally figured out how the Morimoto H1 HID Projectors work with the solenoids on a YouTube video description Bi-Xenon HID Projectors Explained (Morimoto Mini) - YouTube :) and realized that they are activated by the upper beam juice feed. With the adapter plates and Denali headlights are the shrouds from Morimoto even needed?
Thanks,
Bart

Sorry for not replying to your email, I could never get it to send.

But, as others have said, you don't need shrouds. I actually used the shrouds that came with the projectors for my Denalis, on a different retrofit, haha.

Me needs another set for my RCSB... I'll figure out Amazon Pay tomorrow since that seems to be the easiest way.

These plates dominate.

Nick, you gonna make a version for the 6.0s?

I may, if there's enough demand.

I'm finally getting down to the end of my current supply of 4.0/5.0 plates, but I'm not sure I want to outlay that amount of money again with about 33% of interested parties never sending payment or getting back to me after initial contact. I might consider doing a smaller run, but they would be slightly more because I would be having less made.

So, a little update on my lights.

I have been running TRS 6000K bulbs with Morimoto v4.0 projectors driven by DDM 55w ballasts for just over a year now. I opened them up today expecting the bowls to have bubbles, and they look as good as the day I put them in. I'm actually a little disappointed as I was hoping to have a reason to justify ordering a set of v6.0s to swap in. I may go ahead and order a set of v6.0s though so I can get measurements and have updated adapters made.

There is NO foreground limiter on the 6.0's

55's would be awesome but my 35's are hella bright as it is lol.

I sent you an email about a month ago with no response. I ordered a set of 6.0's and HId's to follow.
Do you have any plates for the 6.0's?

Bryan (Ginger) is just about done making the 6.0 plates. Pm him so he has an idea of who wants them when they're done.

I thought I had replied to everyone, but I guess not. I am currently out of plates, but was going to have more made to fit the 6.0s.

I was about to order a set of 6.0 projectors and have more adapters made, but I'm not going to waste the time and energy if someone else is going to be selling them.

Do you know how much he will be selling them for?

I haven't bought any 6.0s yet, so I don't have any files for them.

If I made plates, I could probably have them available in a couple weeks. It's just a matter of getting a projector, measuring it, and sending the file off to the local laser shop.
