Another pic less update, it actually rides better than stock with it leveled, the 5100s and Toyos.

Kind of glad I didn’t do BDS lift, actually thinking about keeping it basically this height but crank the front up like another inch to have it sit completely level and get some new upper arms.

Long term I’d really like to do JD Fab arms and top shock mounts with coil overs and if that ever happens I’m thinking build some rear arms with Johnny Joints and maybe do rear coil overs too and shoot for a decent mid travel setup with around 10-12” of travel front and rear. A full LT kit would be sick but in Iowa I’d literally never use it to its potential and that’s a shitload of money for a look. Basically the same thing I wanted to do with the 04. Somewhere along the line it’s going to get 4.56s and a Trutrac because it’s a gutless wonder being that heavy with 3.73s and 295s

Short term I’m going to finish the stereo, it’ll be cheaper stuff. Plan is some JBLs in the doors on my MTX 4 channel, pick up another Soundqubed 15 like I have, an Audiopipe 2k and something for a HO alt.

Rubbed some powder coat off the caliper and bracket, scored up the rotor a little and dinged up the CV stub shaft a little but everything was fine to reuse. Rollers were completely MIA out of the bearing and the only reason the wheel stayed on was the CV shaft. Tires are close to rubbing and apparently when the hub breaks it’s enough to have the tire hit the valance hard enough to break it.

Also picked up a daily, it’s a 15 with 65k on it. Has 2 very small dings that it’ll go see a paint less dent repair guy for in the spring and go figure a black vehicle that’s got more than a mile on the odometer it needs a full correction. Plans are pretty simple for now, 20% tint all around, take the A4 and 2.0T badges off the trunk but leave the rings on the trunk and Sline badges on fenders, RS grill and maybe a 10” to have a little more bump. The long term but probably won’t happen plans are be 19x10 Vossen CV3s, Airlift/AccuAir combo, turbo back exhaust, intercooler, CAI and a tune.

No picture update, plans for this spring/summer, 1.5” BL, HD clip, do rockers, lower quarters and both bumpers, billet grill and bow tie, 20% on fronts and going to take car the same day to have 20% all around done on that.

Partially debadged the trunk like a week ago. Still giant fishbowl so I need to make s tiny appointment. Tossed the 15 from the Burb in it because apparently I don’t like have any trunk space, thinking about picking up an 8 or 10 building either a 4th or 6th order bandpass with an aero port through the factory sub opening but sometime this week the 15 is getting taken out so I can have my trunk back.

Tyler...what is the exact setup? I know borla pro XS but what muffler and how do you like it? I am looking at something exhaust wise for my 2004 Tahoe and that sounds great!
