im not sure about the stength but i know you want to have a smaller diameter if you can because they it has less rotational drag.

Both. It gives the wheel a very trippy look, actually makes them lighter too. It's a one piece wheel that literally looks like a Chinese yoyo when it doesn't have a tire on.

And I'm sure the one and only reason I'm not a drag racer is because I don't like one set of drag wheels :rofl: Almost positive that Weld and other wheel manufactures make drag wheels that are not cone shaped, don't quote me on that though. Who knows, they have probably been selling them for years.
