Ok guys, i ordered some traction bars for my soon to be installed performance goodies (check build thread).
Truck is Dark green.
I'm wanting to paint them to stand out but not in a way that contrasts to much with my truck.
Just wanting them sorta noticeable to those who know what they are.

Open to any suggestions, I was thinking red
but red and green....yea DNW Christmas tree look so now I'm thinking of silver

Still don't think red would be terrible but would definitely go with a good look silverish color.

Probably so. Worst case scenario you paint them now and powder them later when you break something :troll: haha

Black is the best Color. IS the rest of the chassis totally detailed?

No never had the reason to clean it you can't see it. However when I re notch it and go bigger I plan to strip and clean the whole back half.

Personal taste, black looks best. MY whole chassis is detailed, and the only color items are my shocks and rear girdle.

IF the rest of the chassis looks bad, I wouldnt draw attention to it with painted parts

^^ Explains why he is the Stylish Canadian. Id rather be low profile than draw attention, like stated black gets my vote.

I see what your saying. Unfortunately mine isn't this nice yet. But I want to do the extensive notch with bridge on coil overs in the rear eventually so maybe then I'll paint them.
I'm just undecided and had thought about painting them.

Yes James I am to I love a conservative look... Until it's wot with the cut out open.

I even was hesitant about the polished wheels because of this.
However I thought maybe a silver color wouldn't stand out much being so low
