Hi all, I'm new to the world of manuals and am going to be converting a t56 from the factory synchromesh gears to a set of dog gears. the thing is I don't know what kind of clutch I would need to hold around 1200~1300, although I might need to find a different set of gears, the conversion kit is only rated for 1000 horsepower, I know that, for example, at 1001 horse they're not going to instantly going to explode but what would be the dangers in running them at that power level? Will it shorten the life of the tranny a significant amount? I'm going to be using this car as a dd also with some track and autocross time also. Thanks in advance for the information.

look into the g-force t56 and the transzilla, haven't heard of many t56 at that power level, but I hear getrags are good too if you want to look into them
