Was doing some research, and it seems like with a 4x4, it's not "advised" to go lower than a 3/5, which I'm fine with, but my problem is that MCG's 3/5|4/6 kit that's compatible with 4x4's, is not compatible with aluminum control arms, which I have...

Anybody know why?

I plan on making this truck a little faster, and more fun to drive. I have 4x4 for winter, not hunting trails and off-road shenanigans. The extent of this truck's offroadness will be the times it goes down my camp road... and my buddy got his lowered Genesis Coupe down there without any issue.

I'll head out with my girl tonight and get a 0-60 video/sound clip. Truck sounds like it's angry now... my fuel mileage went down significantly just because I've been driving like a retard lmao.

But it makes it fast now :cheeky: seriously tho, truck is sweet. Like what you wanna do with it, but personal preference i'd go level on it. Somethin about a leveled scsb

I'll lower this one... I'll have a 2nd more family friendly truck eventually that I'll probably put a 4" lift on lol.

Oh, did HID's yesterday. And I have pictures, but haven't edited the fuckers yet lol.

Surprisingly good output actually. I mean it's still a halogen projector with an HID bulb, so cutoff isn't as sharp as it could be, BUT at least there's a lot of light up near the cutoff, and the foreground isn't blown out.

Essentially it BLOWS the Denali projectors out of the water. So I'm actually impressed.

For those that don't see my constant Facebook spamming of truck things... I entered a small show on Sunday the 2nd, and I ended up wining 2nd out of the 3 trucks that were there. I mean it's not anything super special, but thought it was kind of neat considering I had the truck for a 9 days at that point.

Shackles going in this week or next hopefully.

Tint appointment is booked for the 17th at 11:30am. The ONLY shop I'll let touch my truck is booked SOLID lol.

My buddy's Ford next to mine
