2nd off id like to say i never found out about this situation until July 29th. I did not know my truck was even involved in any situation on the property. I was also a little shocked when I got a call from my insurance saying that a claim had been filed against me since we gave the body shop no permissions to drive our truck. The business owner needs to pay for that accident on the business property. There was extensive damage to my truck as well. Also i like to add that filing a clam with our insurance was wrongful on your part because, I was not involved in this and you mentioning my truck in this forum was also not cool without contacting me - obviously you know how to contact me since you have my insurance info. This was your situation, mention your truck and the people involved, not the auto and people that were not involved. I am dealing with the shop and will not go into details on the forum because of any pending outcomes from those dealings, it is not anyone's business but mine. I do this out of respect for myself and for you as well Jared. If this is what you chose to do that is about you - please dont mention my truck. I am a victim in this just as much as you.
I didnt file it shaun. Usaa did...I do not have your info at all. Just what vehicle hit mine and who was driving.
Furthermore, I'm just posting any and all info. The owner apparently doesn't have insurance. I'm still out the deductible, rental and money I paid up front. You can pm me if you wish.
