The fact that he can't man up and give you $150 is ridiculous. An established shop like that should be able to pony up $150. Hopefully this all works out in the end for you Jared.
I am still talking with my lawyer as well, so far we've been allowing insurance to deal with it, as there wasn't much my side could really do until insurance was done with their part. And he said he would pay me, so I left the lawyer out of that part. But now, he is dodging me again. I am sure he will message back tonight after seeing the FB page and say something along the lines of "I was busy man, give me a break". I have a cell phone, never have I left someone hanging for two days...ever! It's not hard to read a text and message back, or voicemail, or FB message.

This fucking sucks man. I don't know how you've stayed calm about it for this long. I would have lost it after a week, no doubt. I haven't even dealt with him and I wish his mother would've swallowed. I hope this all works out for you brother.
People also keep posting on this status and if they say something negative that they've experienced or if he hasn't responded to their calls, txts, or private messages and they say something he is deleting their comment. SMH...
