Allstate called, to take down some info, but they still have yet to talk with the guy at fault so they can send payment to USAA. Today makes a week, and still no word on my refund.

I won't resort to any retaliation besides the legal system and word of mouth. My luck, my house or truck would get fucked with. But I wouldn't be opposed to letting the dogs get a few chunks of buttocks if need be. Good thing we have 3 alarm systems, pit bulls, alarm company, and an angry asian wife.

Damn!! Hope this works out nothing worse than shady shops. I lost $3,000 to a shop that was supposed to do a high compression engine rebuild with domed pistons, port/polish, etc. All I got was a some port and polish work and that's it. Never was able to find the guy, he closed shop and left town over the next few days, even took rental lifts with him. The guy was probabaly knocked off with all the stuff he stole and people he screwed over, from what I heard from the cops.
