So I'm gathering parts to bag the crew cab. Will be on a 275 30 24. Trying to get ideas for tubs. Things are going to be tight under the hood as I'm looking to run a York 210. Really liking the tandem axle tubs that go flat against the firewall. Anyways post pics of what you got.

What you asked for

More conventional and retains 90% of factory fender bracing

The Avalanche lays on a 305/30r26 so you wouldn't need to go as high on the those tandem tubs as I did

You would t have to go any higher with the tubs than I did. I'm on a 275/30r24 in the front (TBT with the old silverado clip)

Pretty sure you could do it if you put the EDC on the passenger side, but I don't think they make any kits for that

how much fun was this?
Not hard, I rerouted everything from the top of the motor behind the engine when I did the ls6 intake swap, all I had to extend was the headlight harness which is 27 wires, and the 2 ABS plugs which have 2 wires a piece. Relay box is under the dash and computer is under the center console. did it in about 4 hours start to finish including removing the interior.
Access panel for all my wires so if I need to pull it back through I can and I didn't have to cut any plugs.

Look at the Avalanche pictures. run the fuse box where it is and you have room for the EDC. you just have to put the Efan relays and computer in a different location. Does this truck have a v8 or v6?

V8 4.8. Avalanche have hydroboost? Also how hard is it to move the computer? How'd you mount the fuse box way back there?

Yes the avalanche has hydroboost. depends on how the truck is equipped. the more options, the more wires there are mess with. there is a lot more room on the driver side than you think once you push the factory wiring into the cab and remove the parking brake. I made a bracket that bolted to the existing dash frame and welded a stud to the inner side of firewall tub to hold it up. it just faces downward. in the pics I added you can see a small gray box in the bottom left and that is one of the relays.

Mines setup that way, the computer was moved forward a little though. Its just mounted with a stud up off of the wheel tube. Still have the windshield washer bottle too.

Fuck I'm ready to bag mine. What overflow tank is that brett? I'm thinking of going with the aveo one.Gabe what size wheels you got? With tubs and 24s I may be to high with the tubs and have to put the fuse box by the brake booster.

For the fenders that run flat to the furewall, you guys just get 1 tandem fender? I found one at agri supply 10.75 wide which I like

The one in the Avalanche is just a one tandem axle trailer fender I cut it in half. It is 10.75 wide.

In this truck I'm building now it is a NNBS overflow tank, it keeps a lot of volume while being narrower than the NBS one. I have an aveo one on my truck. It's nice but It is very small.

Can that nnbs resovoir fit in between core support and tub?

it can't fit and be flush or lower than the core support being tubbed for 295/35r24's. If you're running a smaller tire, then yes it could.

Cool maybe that's what I'll go with then. The ss your bagging is that a torsion bar or coil spring truck? I got torsions on my truck which pretty much only leaves me with nfamus as far as I'm aware

it is Torsion bar. All real SS trucks regardless of drivetrain are torsion bar. I'm using one of cody's kits nad making modifications to it to use it. I'm helping him out with what all changed he needs to make for it to work with these trucks.

MMW, Ekstensive, and Nfamus all have kits for torsion bar suspension trucks.
