How much did those spindles run you?
I have been seriously considering a 3-5 inch lift if I can scrape up enough money. I was thinking about 3-4 inch spindles, rear lift spring spacers/cups, and a Zone 1.5" body lift. The body lift would serve two purposes, I would like to do an HD front end swap eventually and the 1.5 inch body lift will not only give me aittle extra lift but it will also save me from having to lower my bumper if I get my hands on an HD bumper cap and grill.

Its 2wd. But has the same suspension as a 4wd. Torsion bars up front and coils in the back.

Who am I kidding? I will never have the money for this shit. With all the medical bills I have I am broke as fuck. Plus I have to scrape IP the cash to bring my wife in a few weeks down to New Orleans to see the Huntington's Disease doctor again.
FML. All this shit adds up. She needs a refill on her Abilify which is expensive as fuck. We order it from Canada (because you can get it in generic in Canada) and that shit is still about $160 for the generic.

Ok, sorry I've been busy. The truck rides better than stock. The front rides just likes 2.5 level. Not to soft like stock not to stiff like cranked torsion bars... Perfect! Front track width increased 1.5" from wheel to wheel.

The set up cost
Spindles- 300
Ccm 2.5- 75
Rc uca- 226
Rc 5" block- 60
Shocks- 80
Fabtech brake line brackets- 25

Total= 766.

Maxtrac sells the same kit without the brake line brackets and UCAs and only a 4" block for 699. From what I hear is almost impossible to align without buying either UCAs or alignment bushings. So piecing a 6.5" lift together for 766 dollars isn't bad. And basically rides like a levels truck.

How is your wife doing?

wish the spindles would work for NBS, no track width widening would be killer

Thought Tony had spindles on his Silverado that didn't widen track width

How is your wife doing?

She is doing pretty good considering all the shit she has been diagnosed with. In the past 2 years she has been diagnosed with back problems (herniated discs) , fibromyalgia , and Huntington's disease. She was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2006. At first they said Post Traumatic Stress Disorder being that we lost our home in Katrina and had to relocate from New Orleans up to Shreveport.
But when she got diagnosed with Huntington's that hit her the hardest and she went back into a deep depression for a few months. Shit I would be depressed too if I was diagnosed with an incurable brain disease that I know will eventually kill me. But we have been working with her doctors on getting her meds sorted out and she has been doing a lot better in the past few months. I just hope that she continues to do even better.

Yeah, we are doing the best we can. I have my own issues, but not nearly as many problems as her. I keep telling her that we can both sit here and be depressed all day but that will get us nowhere. All you can do is keep your head up and move forward, and that's what we do everyday. Life is a gift and each day should be treasured. I know we have been dealt a few bad hands over the years but all we can do is just make the best of it.

Gives me the chills man, glad to see your wife is doing better than what she was a couple months ago. Hopefully they continue to get everything straightened out and you two can have many many more happy years together!
