As my first real truck purchase, i picked up a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 Thunder Edition. Looking for suggestions on the exterior, its my daily driver so not going too crazy. First thinking about a 2.5 inch lift so I can put a bigger/aggressive tire on it, along with some new rims. Thinking black with some chrome accents. The front of the truck has too much chrome for me, so I plan on blacking out the grille mesh, along with getting a black air dam (plastic by tow hooks) along with some black Chevy bowties. Tint the front windows, also would like to convert all exterior lights to LED/HID. Considering getting some high quality bulbs so I don't have to replace anything, I'm not as handy as I'd like to be. As for headlights I've been told to retrofit them but It sounds pretty difficult to me. I am still learning as I go. Let me know what you guys think along with any suggestions.
