2001 2500HD crew cab, short bed, LT trim, 8.1/allison. Location is Hot Springs, AR. Truck has ~108,000 miles. All stock until i bought it ~85,000. I will verify with carfax. $15000. Clean title in hand.

Mods:
79 ford dana 60. 5.13, eaton e locker, warn standard hubs, offroad direct sas hangars, pro comp 56" 6" lift leafs minus overloads. Hawk superduty pads, moog joints on tie rod and drag link. Poison spyder hi steer arms, ruff stuff diff cover, psc 1.75" hydro assist ram, 1410 pinion yoke. Dual 5125 shocks. Approx 10" of front lift. Crown performance smoke colored brake hoses. Drop pitman arm reamed for drag link ends. Tie rod and drag link are DOM tubing.
Transfer case express np273 with fixed yokes, all 1410. Front driveshaft slip is from a batwing bushhog. Lots of travel and beef, just not great at speed.
11.5 has 5.13's and a welded g80, hawk superduty pads, greak lakes offroad diff cover. Single 5150 shocks, wfo concepts shackle flip, diy4x adjustable shackle hanger, wfo concepts zero rate. Approx 6" rear lift. Crown performance smoke colored brake hose.
PSC steering box tapped for hydro assist, Arb winch bumper, smittybilt xrc 12.0 winch. Used about 5x for random farm tasks, works perfect. Flowmaster super 44 stainless, magnaflow stainless Y, cherry bomb stainless tip.
39.5 irok radials on 16x12 mickey thompson classic II's. tires approx 70% tread, no plugs or patches. One rear tire has some chewing on tread from rocks.
Also have 44x18 non DOT boggers 100% tread on TWF recentered h1 8 bolt beadlocks with pvc inserts i'd swap for $1000 extra or include both seats for $1900.
Hptuners tuned.
Also has a fifth wheel.
Mechanicals- has a new power steering pump, brake master cylinder. All steering /brake parts including kinpins, i replaced when I built the front axle. Truck is about as dependable as one could be given the age and mods. It's not a project needing work.
Body is not perfect, but theres very little rust as i do not mud bog this truck. Some dings,dents,fender cutting. Dealer I bought it from repainted the passenger side in certain spots, hence the missing paint when i pulled the body moldings.
