'08 GMC Sierra RCSB..
Got my roommate to make a center console/sub box so I could get rid of speakers from behind the seats to give me some more room and a place to mount some gauges. It's not finished but will def work for now.

I also tried color matching some of the interior pieces a little while back. Not super happy with the clear on them so will eventually get them done by a shop.
Used part of the old 2-cup holder seat for cup holders and a place to put stuff. It's just been chilling for a few years so I figured why not.
Put one sub firing down towards the floor and one firing back against the wall.
Installed for now..
I'm def happy with it. The subs sound better than behind the seats and I have lots more room. Have the amp down lower than it was with the old boxes and it beats harder than it did before. Just need to secure the cup holder part a little better so it doesn't move from the subs. Eventually going to add a cubby near the air gauge.
Any ideas on finishing it? Wanted to color match it but leaning more towards just wrapping it with fabric for awhile.

Goddamn looks good chris, must be nice to have a roomate with mad skills. Thats the best kind of box to have for a reg cab, Ive got one behind my seats on my 01 and it kills my leg room...
No doubt! I didn't realize how much leg room I was missing until I took them out from behind my seat again. Def have to give Bohall credit where it's due. He did work.

....that's what I was thinking but don't want to put something on top that will mess up from putting my arms on it. Might put leather where my arms go and something else other places.
