Looks great! Love the locations in those shots. I like how you just parked in the middle of the road and got out and took shots, lol

Thanks man! I saved a few more spots for future use. Don't want to use up all the good locations on one shoot lol

still one of my fav single cabs.. always clean.

Appreciate it :shake: Needs new wheels or the old polished 20's back and a little more low for awhile.

"love thyself."

I see someone is an english major.

truck looks good dude!

Haha, Thanks!

Took the Denali tails off and put stockers I got in a trade back on as they been condensing pretty bad lately with the rains and all. Anybody ever sealed their lights or have suggestions?

Also quick shot of the truck. Went and shot a friends pistol and some .22's for a little relaxation today...

How does one go about taking pictures in the middle of the freeway? Lol

Haha, wellllll you see....

J/k, it's a service type road that runs underneath. I just picked a time of day with not much traffic. Had two people drive by/around my truck looking at me crazy while I took the pics super quick.

Not much of a "build" thread update but until money allows just doing stuff to not get bored. Out with the old proper and in with the new!

Definitely have gotten some laughs and thumbs ups from the sticker lol

However, noticed the front end shaking/feeling weird the other day after hitting some potholes but didn't think too much of it at all. Well Sunday pulling into church and making a hard turn into the parking lot I heard a pop. Looked underneath but didn't see anything. Drove slow the two miles home from church and heard a squeal when I'd tap the brakes or turn so I thought I might need new brakes. However, I crawled under the truck and noticed I was missing a hub bolt! Notice the circled area in the picture below Last time we took my front suspension apart we used lots of locktite and a impact to make sure everything was on tight. Didnt drive it any until today but drove it to a buddy's work where he put it up on a lift, wheel had a lot of play and was easily and other hub bolt was able to be removed by hand! Changed the brakes, tightened the hell out of the only hub bolt I had to where to wheel had no play, as well as the other side and drove it to the Chevy dealer to get another bolt that I have to install in the morning. Have no clue why they came loose but guess I'm going to be checking them every oil change with this crappy roads we have.

Bolt missing....

Also thinking my rear shocks are starting to go bad, thoughts? I had another video of someone standing on the back and jumping up and down to show the shock collapsing some and the noise it makes but can't get it to upload. Rear shocks probably have 35-40,000 miles on them if I had to guess. They look bad for Louisiana, I can only imagine if they were up north.

Got to click for video

What was the noise like when the hub was loose? I'm scared mine are. Since the mcg spindles use those little studs instead of bolts on the top lol

I never had an issue on the Chevy with those on my MG spindles. Probably put close to 52K on them.

Was more of a weird feeling in the steering wheel from time to time that would make the truck feel like I was swerving then when I heard that pop at church and turned AC and radio off and rolled down the windows*** it sounded like the tattle tell thing on the brakes was squealing from time to time telling me I needed new brakes, guess it was from the whole hub moving some, I dunno. I have new brakes now even though OEM were still good at 70,000 miles and this waiting to go in tomorrow

I've never messed with a NBS but haven't had a problem with these other than this bolt coming out. I did have to replace my lower ball joints but mainly because we ripped the boots bad putting the lowering kit on lol

I just have weird noises and it bugs me.. Ok done thread jacking Chris lol

Haha, it's all good! Anyone think anything about the rear shocks or does that video even mean anything? Just seems like they are making a hell of a lot of noise with a lot of play lately and I seem to be bottoming out more and more easily lately.

And I have been ruthless on my truck since it's been dropped.

Sucks chris, but glad you caught it before it fell off
