Been off the site for a good amount of time (had my fun with a Pontiac and mustang lol.) Just now got back in a full-size GM product. Picked up this 03 Yukon with 137k. Super clean besides a couple spots, it is a 15 year old vehicle after all, and driver door needs new hinge and pin. Don’t have huge plans for it, just gonna try to make it look “stock tight”. Plans so far are...
-03-06 Grill
-HD hood
-leveling kit
-22 inch replicas (not sure which yet, nor what size or brand tire)
-LED Tails and obviously led lighting elsewhere
- Painted plastics
-GMT 900 brake conversion

NBS yukons> any other fullsize
(But I'm biased)

I’m partial to the NBS style in all of it, first truck was a 99 2wd 4.8L. Best damn vehicle I’ve ever owned. I do love these Yukon’s though, I only wish this one was dark blue, but f that on a daily.

Man it is so hard to beat a NBS fullsize SUV. Those things are so comfy...Glad to see you back in one man!

It is hard to beat, I’m a fairly big guy, so being comfortable is a big thing for me. The mustang was fun as all get out to drive, but man no room what so ever.

Got a few things done this evening. Besides is being dirty as all get out...Cleared factory heads, put in clear markers, led tails, and billet antenna. Now brake lights won’t work though, no blown fuses, and third brake light still functional. I suppose I’m gonna mess with connections and test tomorrow

Just a silly question but do the original tails still work when swapped out? Also you try hooking up the new tails directly to power maybe just got a bad set?

Haven’t tried hooking them directly to power yet, and nope the old tails didn’t work. First thing I tried was hooking up back to stock

Well if oem stopped working then I'd assume its something with the truck either fuse related or like you said loose connections.

Not much but it’s getting there, keys installed, roof racks removed, and decided to throw in a billet grill lol. Gotta decide on what wheels now. Can’t decide on which reps I wanna go with.

Which ones are you trying to decide between?

I’m torn between the newer snowflakes polished, tbss polished, and Texas editions polished. All in a 22. Even tossed a few other ideas around, just hard to find any on a Yukon that’s not a squatted yee yee shit box lol

Take a good side picture and beg @Dakota to toss them on using his photoshop app. Lol. I vote TBSS, just because snow flakes seem over used and I’m OCD and would only put the LTZ’s on a Tahoe lol
